TENNIS COURT INFORMATION

Weekdays courts availability is on a first come first serve basis.                         No reservations or lessons

Tennis Membership:

  • $750 for individuals or families (Family includes anyone up to age 26 residing in the same house). Anyone listed on your membership should bring a copy of their license or ID to the Tennis House for our files.
  • Membership includes unlimited play throughout the season beginning Memorial Day weekend (weekends only during the month of June) and then full time through Labor Day. The hours are 8:00am-7:00pm daily.
  • For reservations call or text 631-488-5504. The phone is not answered when the courts are closed, and all reservations should be made during business hours.
  • The ability to reserve a court in advance is a perk of membership. Non-members can only reserve a court on the day of play, if available.
  • Reservations can be made by members up to one week in advance.
  • Members may make reservations for one court for up to TWO HOURS at a time. If there are no reservations following the time slot, the member may stay until the next reservation. If a non-member wants to continue beyond the hour, it is an additional $60 per hour or $30 per half hour.
  • Non-members can rent courts for $60 per hour.
  • There will be a guest fee of $20 per hour if playing with a member.
  • Court 3 is available for Pickleball and the same fees apply.
  • Lessons will be available through Tennis Innovators. There will be one court reserved for lessons Monday-Friday from 11:00am-5:00pm, and on Saturday & Sunday from 12:00pm-4:00pm.
  • Instruction is only allowed through Tennis Innovators. Otherwise no ball hoppers are allowed on the courts at any time. No more than 6 balls per court.
  • Parking is along Nowedonah Avenue, just past the Tennis House. Deerfield Green Office Complex is private property, so please do not park there-you could be towed.
  • Check in with the attendants in the Tennis House before going onto the court.
  • Instructions on how to book a lesson are on a separate brochure.

 

Parking is available at 35 Nowedonah Ave on the grass after playground. Do Not Park in the Deerfield Green Office complex off of Deerfield Road; you will be asked to move your car, or they can have it towed.

Calder SCHOLARSHIP

Calder–Water Mill Scholarship

This Calder Scholarship is managed by the WMCC, and is open to Water Mill Community Club members or Water Mill Residents returning to college, seeking post-secondary education or vocational training.  Please read the application for qualifications. Applications are available here – Calder Scholarship

This Calder Scholarship application can be applied for at any time during the year.
